Dearest Refrigerator,

It has come to my attention that you have not been felling well lately. You may ask yourself 'How does she know this?' well I'll tell you.
Yesterday I walked into the kitchen inteding to grab a popsicle from your depths but just as I put my hand on your black handle I heard a very strange sound. Concerned I looked around half expecting it to be my brother playing pretend airplanes or something but the little demon was nowhere to be seen. Then i heard it again and realized it was you!!
Your old I know, and its getting harder for you to continue your work, so Mom and Dad have been talking about getting a new refrigerator to take your place. Anyhow its been a good 15 years and you deserve a rest. I'll always remember all the good food you stored for me.

I am sorry for overworking you recently. I had a party and had to clean the house before anything could happen. As it turned out, there were a lot of dust bunnies on the floors! I hope you enjoyed the strenuous labor; I know how much you hate sitting in your cupboard. I know you get bored. How do I know this? I have heard you banging on the door. You were trying to get out and do some work. How I do hate to inform you that you need a human to hold you up. I will try to give you some things to do in your cupboard, but for now just stay up against the wall, okay?

As much as I love you, you are becoming a nuisence to clean. Everytime I put something in you, you get dirty. Maybe its you or maybe its me. I'm not sure though and I would like it to stop. Now. Sorry this letter was so short, but short and sweet it was. I love you, but I am thinking the oven is a better place to cook my macaronie. Dearest Mici, don't be sad. We will see each other in the near furture.

Dear Dinning Chair,
I regret to inform you that tou are falling apart. You let people sit on you and my little sibilings walk all over you as well as bang into you. We have had many wonderful Christmases, Easters, Birthdays and Thanksgivings (and one bad Thanksgiving) but its time to retire. Maybe you could be recycled and used for somthing else. Also we could sell you to someone willing to fix you up. It's your choice. Write back soon.
