| SUPER FOODS!!! Welcome my children. Todays lesson is on Super Foods.
Now, I know what you are thinking, Super Foods must mean nasty food.
Well, you are absolutely ... wrong! These are foods that are associated with your everyday diet and they are extremely good for you.
I'm sure you are wondering, "What makes these foods so much better than other foods?"
Well, they contain high concentrations of crucial nutrients, as well as the fact that many of them are low in calories. Now thats a food we all want! Something low in calories!
Am I right?
But wait! THERES MORE!!!!

I sure did!!!
Foods containing these nutrients have been proven to help prevent and, in some cases, reverse the well-known effects of aging, including cardiovascular disease, Type II Diabetes, hypertension and certain cancers.
NOW THATS WORTH KNOWING!!!
Now! For your first assignment... I would like you to list at least ten foods that you think would be considered... a super food!
