| Hey guys^^ I wondered why so few of you seem to be interested in German language... Is there anything you want to know or you want me to tell you? About Germany, the language etc.??? Whatever you want to know (exept swearwords^^) youīre welcome to ask me about it. | I'm going to Berlin in two weeks and I was wondering what the people are like there. Do they mind as much if you can't speak German (I can but my parents can't) and also I was wondering what the nightlife was like. If you know the answers can you tell me? If not it doesn't matter |

| Well, to be honest, I only was in Berlin once... But I think the people there donīt mind it much if your parents canīt speak German... There are many foreigners in Berlin and usually they have English speaking receptionists in the hotels... In the bookshops you can buy tourguides in English as well... In fancy restaurants they might understand English or even have the menu in English. In traditional restaurants you better use a dictionary... About the nightlife... There are many cool bars and clubs in Berlin-Mitte, near the Alexanderplatz or in Carlottenburg as well but here I recommend a guide as well (maybe they have guides at your local bookshop?). They have quite interesting museums on the Museumsinsel and there are many interesting theatre shows like "Elisabeth", a musical.... I recommend a look on the Berlin website: www.berlin.de/english/_________________ Proud winner of the MOST LIKE EDWARD and MOST LIKELY TO RUN A BOOKSTORE (together with Alu) awards and also very proud to say that SHANA won the CUTEST TA COUPLE award ~~~~~~~To Hana-chan, the girl I truly love~~~~~~~ Iīm Sho, 50% of ShanaThe opposite of war isnīt peace - itīs creation! | Youīd say : "Guten Tag" to grown ups and people you donīt know ( you can use it in the late morning, around noon and in the afternoon) In the morning itīs "Guten Morgen" in the evening "Guten Abend" good afternoon doesnīt exist, youīd just say "Guten Tag" Youīd usually greet people you know with "Hallo" or "Hi"^^ _________________ Proud winner of the MOST LIKE EDWARD and MOST LIKELY TO RUN A BOOKSTORE (together with Alu) awards and also very proud to say that SHANA won the CUTEST TA COUPLE award ~~~~~~~To Hana-chan, the girl I truly love~~~~~~~ Iīm Sho, 50% of ShanaThe opposite of war isnīt peace - itīs creation!
