*most of the sports are spelled similar but they are pronounced differently.
sports=deportes
soccer=futbol
Volleyball=voleibol
Golf=golf
tennis=tenis
baseball=beisbol
basketball=baloncesto or basquetbol
football=futbol americano

Putting them into sentences:
To play=jugar al
conjugate jugar:
yo-jugo nosotros-jugamos
tu-jugas
el/ellajuga ellos-jugan
*the conjugation above is wrong because it is a "stem-changing" verb
the stem in jugar is jug. since it is a stem-changing verb that means we have to change the stem from jug to jueg so it will be pronounced a little bit differently. You change the verb in every form except the nosotros form.

the right way to conjugate it:
yo-juego nosotros-jugamos
tu-juegas
el/ella-juega ellos-juegan

Putting it into a sentence:

We play golf- nosotros jugamos al golf
